Cause
Power problem at Abidjan (Ivory Coast)
 
The SAT-3 cable is degraded due a suspected power problem between Abidjan and Lagos. Telkom SA is busy localising the cause of the failure.
 
Power has been restored and the affected traffic is currently being restored
