If your ADSL user name is username@saix.cybersmart.co.za - your smtp server is smtp3.cybersmart.co.za 

if your domain is hosted with us and you use pop3.cybersmart.co.za to retrieve email -  your smtp server is smtp3.cybersmart.co.za
